Pride and Passion
So I’m in my 15th year of photography and I feel at this point my passion for photography may be above my passion for running when it was at its peak. I am sure part of that has to do with my inability to actually run any more. Regardless, the ability to be so creative and capture moments and make stories is in credible. Being able to give and share my gift with others is still one of the best feelings I get. The last year or so I have been so blessed to see my son find his passion in the form of writing music and performing with his bandmates of Kitchen Teeth. They have released 2 albums and were nominated for best new band in Pa. In April they performed as an opening act for TRAPT and The REX in Leonardtown, his hometown. Seeing him find his passion has filled me with such pride. Pride that I could never experience in anything i could personally create. I’m so glad I can help support his passion with mine.
